摘要
全地下式污水处理厂结构空间布置和受力均较复杂,且为超长结构。以西安市某全地下式污水处理厂为背景,从内力分析、有限元模型建立、荷载取值和工况组合等方面简述了其主体结构设计过程,分析了底板和外壁的计算结果,并简述了超长混凝土结构及其抗裂防腐设计。全地下式污水处理厂在我国具有良好的发展前景,该设计实例可为类似工程提供参考。
The underground sewage treatment plant is a super long structure whose structure space layout and stress are complex. Taking a fully underground sewage treatment plant as an example, its’ main structure design process was introduced from the aspects of internal force analysis, finite element model establishment, load value and working condition combination. The calculation results of the baseplate and outer wall were analyzed. And super long structure, anti-corrosion and anti-crack design were outlined. Fully underground sewage treatment plant develops well in China. The design provides reference for similar projects.
