摘要
目的/意义:专利是衡量企业技术创新能力的一项重要指标,通过对专利文本进行处理分析,得出客观有效的企业创新能力量化指标数据。方法/过程:以佰腾网2015-2019年间华为、小米、OPPO、ViVo四家手机厂商专利数据为例,结合机器学习思想,利用LDA主题模型和基于熵值法的权重计算,建立一套基于专利数据分析的企业技术创新能力评估方法体系。结果/结论:分析所得各项指标作为企业技术创新能力评价依据,并通过对国内主流手机制造企业进行评估比较,发掘评估方法体系对行业的现实意义。
Purpose/significance:Patent is an important index to measure the technological innovation capability of enterprises,through the processing and analysis of patent texts,the objective and effective quantitative index data of enterprise innovation capability are obtained.Methods/process:Taking the patent data of Huawei,Xiaomi,OPPO and ViVo from 2015 to 2019 as an example,combined with the idea of machine learning,using LDA theme model and weight calculation based on entropy method,a set of evaluation method system of enterprise technological innovation capability based on patent data analysis is established.Results/conclusion:The indicators obtained from the analysis are used as the basis for evaluating the technological innovation capability of enterprises,and through the evaluation and comparison of domestic mainstream mobile phone manufacturing enterprises,the practical significance of the evaluation method system to the industry is explored.
