摘要
为了延缓螺旋滚筒的磨损速度,以常用的MG2-70325-BW型采煤机为研究对象,对该型号采煤机螺旋滚筒的磨损情况进行分析研究,主要分析了螺旋滚筒的转速和叶片螺旋升角两个因素对结构磨损的影响规律。采用EDEM软件对采煤机螺旋滚筒的磨损部位和磨损程度进行了可视化与量化分析。结果表明,螺旋滚筒转速、螺旋升角与磨损量呈反比关系。
In order to delay the wear speed of the spiral drum,the MG2-70325-BW shearer,which is commonly used in engineering,is used as the research object,and the wear of the spiral drum of this type of shearer is analyzed and researched.The rotation speed of the spiral drum and the blade spiral are mainly analyzed.The two factors of rising angle affect the structure’s wear and tear.EDEM software is used to visualize and quantitatively analyze the wear parts and wear degree of the spiral drum of the shearer.The research results show that the spiral drum speed and spiral lift angle are inversely proportional to the amount of wear.
