大清河流域文安洼湿地功能定位及恢复目标分析

摘要 在京津冀协同发展快速推进及雄安新区建设背景下,大清河流域生态地位凸显。打通大清河流域生态廊道是对区域生态文明建设的重要支撑,作为服务于大清河下游生态廊道构建的重要节点,文安洼蓄滞洪区湿地退化问题亟待解决。近年由于上游来水减少,区域内经济社会快速发展加剧了水资源消耗,文安洼内水资源极度短缺,因此须考虑充分挖掘、利用区域内再生水、雨洪资源等进行湿地恢复。在确立文安洼湿地功能定位及恢复目标基础上,进一步分析了湿地恢复的多水源条件。 Under the background of promoting Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development and creation of the Xiong’an New Area,the Daqing River Basin has a prominent ecological position.The opening of the ecological corridor of the Daqing River Basin shall be a keysupport for the regional ecological civilization.As the key point to serve the construction of the ecological corridor in the lower reaches of the Daqing River,degradation of Wen’anwa Wetlands as flood storage and detention areas should be dealt with urgently.In recent years,the wetlands suffer from water shortage due to the reduction of coming water from the upstream and rapid economic and social development in the region.Restoration should be conducted by finding new water sources such as reclaimed water,rainwater and floodwater.On the basis of setting up functional position and restoration objectives of Wen’anwa Wetlands,analysis is made on the condition of multi water sources forwetland restoration.
