摘要
固井过程中水泥浆受到污染易导致流动性急剧变差,甚至失去可泵性,影响固井施工安全和固井质量,常规固井前置液体系无法彻底解决水泥浆污染问题。基于表面活性剂化学特性及复合材料的协同增效原理,室内研发了一种新型抗污染固井前置液体系,其密度在1~2.20 g/cm3范围内任意可调,具备冲洗液和隔离液的双功能,并且与水泥浆和钻井液不同比例混合后仍能保证水泥浆和钻井液具有良好的相容性。现场应用表明:该新型前置液体系能够有效解决钻井液和水泥浆的相容性问题,同时具有良好的渗透冲洗能力,能够显著提高顶替效率,改善固井质量。
During the cementing process,the cement slurry is contaminated to be drastically deteriorated,even the pumpability is lost,which affects the cementing construction safety and cementing quality.The conventional cementing pre-liquid system cannot completely solve the cement slurry pollution problem.Based on the chemical properties of surfactants and the principle of synergistic effect of composite materials,a new anti-pollution cementing pre-liquid system has been developed in the laboratory.Its density can be adjusted in the range of 1~2.20 g/cm3.The dual function of the liquid and the spacer fluid,and mixed with the cement slurry and the drilling fluid,can ensure the good compatibility of the cement slurry and the drilling fluid.The field application shows that the new pre-liquid system can effectively solve the compatibility problem between drilling fluid and cement slurry,and has good penetration and flushing ability,which can significantly improve displacement efficiency and improve cementing quality.
