摘要
高血压病严重危害人类的健康,中医药治疗高血压病有着丰富的临证经验,可有效改善临床症状和提高生活质量。从肝论治高血压病是目前国内中医专家的广泛共识,根据这一思路,周波教授结合临床经验自拟平肝调压汤,对高血压病有较好的治疗效果。本文从中医学脏腑理论之肝与高血压病的病机到现代研究,以及高血压病从肝辨证施治和组方的药理学研究结果等做了一些探索,以期对临床治疗高血压病有所裨益。
Hypertension seriously harms human health.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has rich clinical experience in treating hypertension,which can effectively improve patients’clinical symptoms and improve their quality of life.The treatment of hypertension based on liver is a widespread consensus among Chinese traditional medicine experts at present.According to this idea,Professor Zhou Bo combined with clinical experience to draw up the decoction for regulating liver pressure has a better therapeutic effect on hypertension.In this paper,the pathogenesis of liver and hypertension from zang-fu theory to modern research,as well as the results of pharmacological research on the treatment of hypertension from liver syndrome differentiation and prescription formulation,are explored in order to be beneficial to the clinical treatment of hypertension.
