摘要
我国科学技术发展迅速,促进了食品种类的多样化发展,传统食品安全检测技术已经难以满足多元化食品安全检测的实际需求。相关研究人员将多种先进生物技术应用在食品安全检测中,取得了良好的检测效果。随着人们对其检测效果关注和重视度的提高,仍需不断加大食品安全检测技术的研究力度,全面应用生物技术提升检测质量和效率。本文主要阐述了生物技术和食品安全检测现状,分析了生物技术在食品安全检测中的最新应用,以供相关人员参考。
The rapid development of science and technology in China has promoted the diversified development of food types.The traditional food safety testing technology has been difficult to meet the actual needs of diversified food safety testing.Relevant researchers have applied a variety of advanced biotechnology in food safety detection and achieved good detection results.With the improvement of people's attention and attention to its detection effect,it is still necessary to continuously strengthen the research of food safety detection technology and comprehensively apply biotechnology to improve the detection quality and efficiency.This paper mainly expounds the current situation of biotechnology and food safety detection,and analyzes the latest application of biotechnology in food safety detection for reference.
