摘要
选取2009—2019年截面数据,运用空间基尼系数、标准差椭圆、全局自相关、局部自相关等定量分析方法,探究中国省际高新技术产业进口空间格局演变,并利用双向固定效应模型探究中国省际高新技术产业进口影响因素。研究表明,中国高新技术产业进口格局朝着均衡化发展,但东强西弱的局面仍然固存;中国省际高新技术产业总体趋于集聚特征,且呈增强趋势;中国省际高新技术产业进口分布总体上呈现稳定的“东北—西南”格局,分布范围呈向内陆偏移扩张趋势;中国省际高新技术产业进口具有趋同性,呈显著的正相关集聚特征;中国省际高新技术产业进口地区呈现两极化模式,H-H集聚区主要位于东部沿海地区,L-L集聚区则主要位于部分西北和西南地区;对外开放程度、研发经费投入强度、研究与试验发展(R&D)人员折合全时当量、实际使用外商直接投资额和技术市场成交额对中国省际高新技术产业进口影响较为显著,而政府参与度、专利申请数量、金融发展水平的影响则不大显著。
Selecting the cross-sectional data from 2009 to 2019,this article analyzes the evolution of the spatial pattern of China’s inter-provincial high-tech industry imports using quantitative analysis methods including spatial Gini coefficient,standard deviation ellipse global autocorrelation and local autocorrelation,and explores the influencing factors of China’s inter-provincial high-tech industry imports based on bidirectional fixed effect model.The studies have shown that the import pattern of China’s high-tech industries tends towards equilibrium,but the situation that the east is strong and the west is weak still persists;China’s inter-provincial high-tech industries tend to be concentrated and strengthened;the import distribution of China’s inter-provincial high-tech industries presents a stable“northeast-southwest”pattern,and the distribution scope shows an inland shifting and expansion trend.It is also found that China’s inter-provincial imports of high-tech industries tend to converge,showing significant positive correlation and agglomeration;China’s inter-provincial import areas present a polarization mode with H-H agglomerating areas mainly being located in the eastern coastal areas and L-L agglomerating areas mainly in the northwest and southwest areas.Finally,the degree of opening to the outside world,the investment intensity of R&D funds,the full-time equivalent of R&D personnel,the actual use of foreign direct investment and the turnover of technology market have significant effects on China’s inter-provincial high-tech import industries while the government participation,the number of patent applications,and the level of financial development have no significant effect.
