摘要
以甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DM)和氯化苄为原料,通过季铵化反应生成阳离子单体DMB。再以DMB、苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(N-MA)等为功能单体,通过自由基聚合反应制备两种不同酰胺基团的双梳型两性水煤浆分散剂PHASD和PHNSD。通过水煤浆成浆性能、XPS、接触角、稳定性等测试,考察两种分散剂的分散性能。结果表明,含有N-MA的PHNSD的分散、降黏效果明显优于PHASD;当PHNSD用量为0.5%时,榆林煤最大成浆浓度可达到66.1%,吸附膜厚度达到1.91 nm,煤/水界面接触角显著降低,浆体的稳定性最佳。
Using dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DM)and benzyl chloride as raw materials,the cationic monomer DMB was generated through quaternization reaction.Then,DMB,sodium styrene sulfonate(SSS),acrylamide(AM)and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide(N-MA)were used as functional monomers to prepare two type amphoteric coal water slurry dispersant PHASD and PHNSD by free radical polymerization.The dispersion properties of the two dispersants was investigated through the tests of slurry forming performance,XPS,contact angle and stability,etc.The results show that the dispersion and viscosity reduction effects of PHNSD with N-MA are significantly better than that of PHASD;when the dosage of PHNSD is 0.5%,the maximum slurry concentration of Yulin coal can reach 66.1%,the thickness of the adsorption film can reach 1.91 nm,the coal/water interface contact angle can be significantly reduced,and the slurry stability is the best.
