保温钉自动组装机设计

摘要 为克服现有人工组装保温钉的缺陷,提高保温钉组装效率和精度,设计了一种保温钉自动组装机。组装机主要包括塑料保温套上料导轨、双凸轮压钉机构和铁钉上料导轨,三部分协调配合,实现了塑料保温套与铁钉的自动组装。试制的样机提高了保温钉组装的质量和效率,为企业节省了大量人工成本,提高了经济效益。 In order to overcome the defects of existing manual assembly of thermal insulation nails and improve the assembly efficiency and accuracy of thermal insulation nails,an automatic assembly machine of thermal insulation nails is designed.The assembly machine mainly includes plastic insulation sleeve feeding guide rail,double cam nail pressing mechanism and iron nail feeding guide rail.The three parts are coordinated to realize the automatic assembly of plastic insulation sleeve and iron nail.The trial produced prototype improves the quality and efficiency of thermal insulation nail assembly,saves a lot of labor costs for enterprises and improves economic benefits.
