枳椇子泡腾颗粒的制备工艺优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的优化枳椇子泡腾颗粒的制备工艺。方法利用回流、超声、索氏三种提取方法进行提取工艺研究,并用紫外分光光度法对枳椇子中总黄酮含量进行测定。以泡腾剂柠檬酸、碳酸氢钠的用量及包裹剂聚乙二醇是否包裹为因素,以pH值、泡腾时间作为评价指标设计正交试验优选泡腾颗粒的制备工艺。结果枳椇子总黄酮提取温度90℃,提取时间0.5 h,70%乙醇回流提取3次为最佳提取工艺。枳椇子泡腾颗粒的最佳制备工艺是以10%柠檬酸,10%碳酸氢钠为泡腾剂,以5%聚乙二醇包裹碳酸氢钠。结论回流提取法比超声提取法和索氏提取法效果更好。正交试验法优化的枳椇子泡腾颗粒的制备工艺简便可行,质量稳定,适宜于工业化生产。 Objective To optimize the preparation technology of Hovenia dulcis Thunb effervescent granules.Methods Total flavonoids are extracted by three kinds of extraction methods with reflux,ultrasonic and cable and determinded total flavon from the Hovenia dulcis Thunb by UV.Polyethylene glycol is used to coat sodium bicarbonate as the effervescent agent and the orthogonal design is adopted to optimize the use amount of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate.pH value and the effervescent time are used as the evaluation indicators to judge whether polyethylene for coating.Results The result shows that the best extraction condition by reflux is to use 70%alcohol at 90℃for 0.5 h with 3 cycles.The optimum conditions for Hovenia dulcis Thunb effervescent granules are as follows:using 10%citric acid and 10%sodium bicarbonate as the coating sodium bicarbonate to produce Hovenia dulcis Thunb effervescent granule.Conclusion Reflux extraction method is better than ultrasonic extraction method and soxhlet extraction method.This technological process is simple with stable quality and suitable for the industrial production.
