摘要
目的了解妊娠期亚临床甲减患者外周血中转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的表达,探索TGF-β与妊娠期亚临床甲减的关系。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2018年12月在我院确诊为妊娠期亚临床甲减的66例孕妇的临床资料,其中TPOAB阳性组33例(A组)、TPOAB阴性组33例(B组)与同期正常妊娠的33例孕妇(C组)进行病例对照研究,比较三组孕妇外周血清的TGF-β因子水平,分析不同妊娠状态下TGF-β因子的表达差异。结果妊娠期亚临床甲减患者的TGF-β(265.71±133.75)ng/L显著低于同期正常妊娠者(393.97±262.48)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但TPOAB阳性组(A组)(249.80±117.95)ng/L与TPOAB阴性组(B组)(281.62±148.00)ng/L之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关分析表明:TGF-β与妊娠期亚临床甲减的发生呈负相关(r=0.312,P=0.002),与TPOAB不相关(r=0.132,P=0.191)。结论TGF-β可能是独立于TPOAB而存在的一个诊断指标,它对于早期预测妊娠期亚临床甲减的发生可能更为敏感。
Objective To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in the peripheral blood of patients with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy,and to explore the relations between TGF-βand subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnancy.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 66 pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy diagnosed in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.Among them,there were 33 cases in the TPOAB positive group(group A)and 33 cases in the POAB negative group(group B).33 cases of normal pregnancy in the same period(Group C)were selected as the control group.We compared the TGF-βlevels in peripheral blood of pregnant women in three groups to analyze the expression differences of TGF-βfactors in different pregnancy states.Results The level of TGF-βin patients with subclinical hypothyroidism(265.71±133.75)ng/L was significantly lower than that in cases of normal pregnancy(393.97±262.48)ng/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the level of TGF-βbetween the TPOAB positive group(group A)(249.80±117.95)ng/L and the TPOAB negative group(group B)(281.62±148.00)ng/L(P>0.05).Correlation analysis showed that TGF-βwas negatively correlated with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy(r=0.312,P=0.002),but not correlated with TPOAB(r=-0.132,P=0.191).Conclusion TGF-βmay be a diagnostic index independent of TPOAB,and it may be more sensitive for early prediction of subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy.
