摘要
为适应新时代下坚持的人才战略,创新型人才已成为发展的重要资源,因此大学生创新实践能力的有效培养已成为一项重要研究课题。针对轻化工程专业背景下的制浆造纸工程专业,依托国家重点实验室平台,基于对新型开放式教学模式的学习、探索和实践总结,提出以科研助力人才培养的实践方案。方案以学生为主体,教师辅助指导,进行科研实践教学模式的探索,丰富专业教学内容,培养学生的自主学习和创新能力。
With the implementation of the talent strategy of the new era,innovative talents have become an important resource for development.Therefore,the effective training of college students’innovation and practical ability has become an important research subject.For the major of pulp making and engineering under the background of light chemical engineering major,the practice program of talent training assisted by scientific research is proposed based on the state key laboratory platform and the study,exploration and practice of open teaching model.This practice program takes students as the main body,and is assisted by the guidance of teachers.The exploration of the practice teaching model of scientific research is conducive to enriching the professional teaching content,expanding students’thinking and cultivating students’learning enthusiasm and independent learning ability.
