摘要
运用文献资料法、历史分析法及哲学思辨的理论和方法对1949年以来我国武术的发展进行了辩证分析,从中找出了“变”和“不变”的相关因素,在强调把握“不变”应对“变”的同时给出了促进新时代武术发展的建议。研究认为:国家引导武术发展的方针政策、武术系统中的竞技武术和传统武术发展“步调”、武术发展的项目在变;党和国家积极发展武术的根本指导思想、武术服务社会大众的基本任务、武术自身的根本属性没有变;在“变”中把握“不变”,探求新中国武术发展的根本指导思想,为新时代武术发展扫平思想障碍、坚持以“不变”应“万变”,遵循武术事业发展的客观规律,促进新时代武术健康发展、在与时俱进中创新求“变”,推动新时代武术事业创新发展是解决新时代武术事业发展问题的根本方法。
This paper makes a dialectical analysis of the development of Chinese martial arts since the founding of the People's Republic of China by using the theories and methods of literature,historical analysis and philosophical speculation,and find out the related factors of“change”and“invariability”,At the same time,the author puts forward some Suggestions to promote the development of wushu in the new era.The research holds that:the national guidelines and policies guiding the development of wushu,the“pace”of the development of competitive wushu and traditional wushu in wushu system,and the items of wushu development are changing;the party and the state have actively developed the basic guiding ideology of wushu,the basic task of wushu to serve the public and the basic attribute of wushu itself have not changed;grasp the“changeless”in the“change”,explore the basic guiding ideology of the development of martial arts in new China,cleared the ideological barriers for the development of martial arts in the new era,adhere to the"changeless"should“ten thousand changes”,follow the objective law of the development of martial arts,promote the healthy development of wushu in the new era,innovation in keeping pace with The Times to“change”,it is the fundamental way to solve the problem of the development of martial arts in the new era to innovate and seek“change”in keeping with the Times and promote the innovative development of martial arts in the new era.
