摘要
东湖VR大厦为复杂的V字形超限高层建筑,采用钢管混凝土柱、钢框架-核心筒结构体系,设计对结构超限类型及抗震性能目标、超限设计主要措施及方法进行了分析、计算,充分考虑对结构设计难点,从经济性、合理性方面与建筑等专业配合,优化结构设计,满足了“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒”的抗震设防目标。
East Lake VR building is a complex V-shaped transfinite high-rise building,which adopts concrete-filled steel tubular column and steel frame-core wall structure system.The structural transfinite types,seismic performance objectives,main measures and analysis methods of transfinite design are analyzed and calculated in the design.The structural design difficulties are taken into full consideration,and the structural design is optimized from the aspects of economy and feasibility,It can achieve the seismic resistance goals of structure:"no damage in small earthquake,repairable in medium earthquake and no collapse in large earthquake".
