摘要
以万寿菊颗粒为原料,利用葵花籽油微乳液作为提取剂提取叶黄素。在单因素试验的基础上,进行响应面试验优化微乳提取万寿菊颗粒中叶黄素的工艺。结果表明:影响万寿菊颗粒中叶黄素提取率的顺序为时间>固液比>温度,温度和时间的交互作用对葵花籽油微乳提取万寿菊颗粒中叶黄素提取率的影响较为明显(P<0.05);通过响应面的数据分析得到,万寿菊颗粒中叶黄素的最佳提取条件为固液比1∶61(g/mL)、温度40.00℃、时间96 min,此时叶黄素的实际提取率为0.86%。
Lutein is extracted from marigold granules using sunflower oil microemulsion as the extraction agent.Based on the single factor test,the response surface test is carried out to optimize the extraction process of lutein from marigold granules by microemulsion.The results show that the order affecting the extraction rate of lutein from marigold granules is time>ratio of solid to liquid>temperature.The interaction of temperature and time has a significant effect on the extraction rate of lutein from marigold granules(P<0.05).According to response surface data analysis,the optimal extraction conditions of lutein from marigold granules are as follows:the solid-liquid ratio is 1∶61(g/mL),temperature is 40.00℃,time is 96 min,and the actual extraction rate of lutein is 0.86%.
