摘要
作为历史文化名城,长春市各处的历史痕迹见证着它的发展与变迁,但因其工业城市的标签,人们常常忽略对伪满时期历史建筑资源的保护与再利用。针对长春市伪满时期历史建筑的保护与利用现状,文章进行梳理并分析现存问题,提出相应的方法和策略。文章意欲在全域旅游的视域下,健全历史建筑保护与再利用机制,结合新旧空间理论,使长春市发展成为具有地域特色的文化旅游城市,从而促进区域经济发展。
As a famous historical and cultural city,Changchun City has traces of its history witnessing its development and changes everywhere in the city.As a label of an industrial city,people often overlook the protection and reuse of historical building resources during the Puppet Manchukuo period.This paper sorts out the current situation of the protection and utilization of the historical buildings in Changchun City during the period of the Puppet Manchukuo,analyzes the existing problems,and proposes corresponding methods and strategies.The paper intends to improve the protection and reuse mechanism of historical buildings under the perspective of regional tourism,combine the old and new space theory,and develop Changchun into a cultural tourism city with regional characteristics,so as to promote regional economic development.
