摘要
从电压暂降预防和治理两方面探索发射基地面临的电压暂降问题,深入分析发射基地敏感负荷对电压质量的需求,研究发射基地所在电网电压暂降产生机理,确定电压暂降主要原因,并给出相应防治手段。结合现有电压暂降治理措施,初步制定6种电网侧和2种用户侧电压暂降治理方案,并利用所提有效治理率指标筛选出治理效果较好的方案。最后,综合考虑治理效果和投资情况,提出发射基地电压暂降问题的有效治理方案。
This paper probes into the problem of voltage sag faced by the transmitting base from two aspects of prevention and treatment of voltage sag, deeply analyzes the demand of sensitive load of transmitting base on voltage quality, and studies the generation mechanism of voltage sag in the grid where the transmitting base is located, determines the main causes of voltage sag and gives the corresponding preventive measures. Combined with the existing measures of voltage sag treatment, 6 kinds of voltage sag treatment schemes in power grid side and 2 kinds of voltage sag treatment schemes in consumer side are preliminarily worked out. Finally, considering the effect and investment, an effective solution to the voltage sag problem of the launch site is proposed.
