摘要
力量训练作为我国乒乓球体系化训练中的重要环节之一,逐渐得到了重视。乒乓球力量训练可以有效提升运动员的重心稳定性,减少能量消耗和运动损伤;也可以有效增强运动员的击球力量,提升运动员的进攻水平。因此,当乒乓球运动员的肌肉形态和体积发生不同程度的改变后,运动员或教练员要充分考虑乒乓球动作的具体要求,将多项基本综合力量转化成专项力量,并通过专业化的力量训练,提升专项能力水平,进而提升运动成绩。该文从乒乓球运动中力量训练的重要性入手,阐述乒乓球运动中核心力量及一般力量训练的重要性,说明了力量训练对乒乓球运动成绩的作用。
As one of the important links in the systematic training of table tennis in China,strength training has been paid more and more attention.Table tennis strength training can effectively improve the stability of the center of gravity,reduce energy consumption and sports injury;It can also effectively enhance the players'hitting power and improve the players'offensive level.Therefore,when the muscle shape and volume of table tennis players change to different degrees,the athletes or coaches should fully consider the specific requirements of table tennis action,transform a number of basic comprehensive strength into special strength,and through professional strength training,improve the level of special ability,and then improve sports performance.Starting with the importance of strength training in table tennis,this paper expounds the importance of core strength and general strength training in table tennis,and explains the effect of strength training on table tennis performance.
