肺癌免疫微环境中巨噬细胞的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肺癌发病率高,预后差。免疫检查点抑制剂可增强机体自身免疫功能,使部分患者长期获益,这可能与其肿瘤免疫微环境的变化有关。巨噬细胞在肺癌免疫微环境中发挥了重要的作用。传统意义上将巨噬细胞分为M1/M2两型,M1型巨噬细胞具有促炎、抑制肿瘤生长等作用,而M2型则具有抗炎、抑制免疫反应等作用。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)更类似于M2样巨噬细胞。本文就TAMs的来源、生物学功能及其在肺癌免疫治疗中的临床价值进行综述,探索TAMs来源、募集、活化以及在肿瘤免疫微环境中发挥免疫调节作用的可能机制,尤其强调了通过纳米粒子精准靶向杀伤TAMs及采用无创影像学手段评估TAMs浸润情况进而判断免疫治疗效果的尝试性研究。 Lung cancer is associated with high morbidity and poor prognosis.Immune checkpoint inhibitors can enhance the body's autoimmune function and benefit some patients with lung cancer for a long-term survival,which may be related to the changes of tumor immune microenvironment.Macrophages play a key role in tumor microenvironment.Traditionally,a broad classification has been proposed to generalize macrophages as M1 or M2 phenotypes.M1 macrophages have the functions of promoting inflammation and inhibiting tumor growth.M2 macrophages have the effects of anti-inflammation and inhibition of immune response.Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)are more similar to M2-like macrophages.The review will discuss the origin,biological function and clinical value of TAMs in immunotherapy of lung cancer.The source,recruitment and activation of TAMs,and the possible mechanism of immunomodulatory role in tumor immune microenvironment were explored.In particular,it highlights the tentative study of precise targeted killing of TAMs by nanoparticles and non-invasive imaging to evaluate TAMs infiltration in order to judge the efficacy of immunotherapy.
