摘要
为从单机层面实现冗余功能,提出了一种自冗余火工解锁装置方案,利用经典内弹道理论构建计算模型,对自冗余火工装置内执行机构的同步复杂运动过程进行仿真计算,并通过试验验证内弹道设计的准确性。结果表明,计算模型可以全面反映自冗余火工解锁装置工作细节和性能参数,计算结果与试验结果趋势一致,准确性可接受。后续通过一定数量试验数据修正模型参数,可为同类型产品设计提供理论指导。
To realize the redundant separate function completely by the device itself,a self-redundant pyrotechnic separate device was proposed.Using the classic interior ballistic theory,the simulation model was built to compute the mechanistic complex motion during the working process,and the test was used to verify this model.The results show that the model can reflect the detail of working process and performance of the self-redundant pyrotechnic separate device,and the trend between simulation and test is comparable.The model can be optimized according to a set of tests,and be used in the same kind of product design.
