摘要
教育实习是师范生实践教学的关键环节,是提升师范生实践能力、创新精神和社会责任感的重要手段。通过对贵州工程应用技术学院师范生教育实习的数据调查,发现教育实习组织环境整体改善,规范性、专业性显著,但运行机制联动效力不足,通过融合共生单元、优化共生模式、营造共生环境,打破组织壁垒提升教育实习成效。
Educational internship is a key link in the practical teaching of normal students,it is an important means to promote the practice ability,innovation spirit and social responsibility of normal school students.Based on the investigation of the data of normal students'educational practice in Guizhou University of Engineering science,this paper discusses the influence of organizational factors on the effect of normal students'educational practice.It is found that the organizational environment of educational practice has been improved as a whole,with remarkable standardization and specialization,but the operational mechanism is not effective enough.By integrating symbiotic units,optimizing symbiotic models and creating symbiotic environments,breaking organizational barriers and improving the effect of educational practice.
