摘要
目的观察开塞露对兔排便及直肠的影响。方法将20只雄性兔随机均分为实验组和对照组,分别给予开塞露和生理盐水灌肠。观察两组兔一般行为学、排便情况和直肠病理改变。结果对照组兔大便正常,实验组兔粪便中可见黏液样物质,且显微镜下可见黏液包裹着炎细胞。解剖兔发现,实验组兔部分肠壁变薄且附着黏液,显微镜下可见直肠的黏膜层腺体组织增生、排列不整齐,炎细胞浸润明显,间质出现水肿、疏松、血管扩张充血;而对照组未见上述病理改变。结论开塞露会对直肠造成损伤,便秘患者应采用综合治疗的模式,避免长期使用开塞露造成不良后果。
Objective To observe the effects of glycerine enema on defecation and rectum in rabbits.Methods Twenty male rabbits were treated with glycerine enema(group A,20 rabbits) or normal saline enema(group B,20 rabbits).The general behavior, defecation and pathological changes of the rectum in both groups were observed.Results The stool in group B was normal, and the mucoid substance wrapped with inflammatory cells was seen under microscope in the feces of rabbits in group A.Dissecting rabbits of group A found that the intestinal wall of the rabbits became thinner attached with mucus, and microscopically, the mucous glands of the rectum were hyperplasia with irregular arrangement, infiltration of inflammatory cells, edema, looseness, vasodilation and hyperemia.All of above menefestations were not found in group B.Conclusion Glycerine enema could lead to the damage of the rectum.A comprehensive treatment should be taken in the patients with constipation to avoid the adverse consequences caused by long-term use of glycerine enema.
