外泌体miRNAs在抑郁症中的作用及作为其生物标志物的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 抑郁症(depression)是一类严重危害人类身心健康的精神疾病,临床表现为显著而持久的心境低落、情绪低沉、思维迟缓等症状。然而,其发病机制仍不明确,治疗靶点仍不清晰。外泌体(exosome)是携带脂质、蛋白质、DNA、微小核糖核酸(miRNA)等生物信息分子的脂质双分子层囊性小泡,介导细胞间的信息传递并调控相关信号通路表达。目前,外泌体miRNA在抑郁症中的作用研究较为广泛,为抑郁症早期诊断和治疗提供了新的应用前景。本文就外泌体miRNA在抑郁症中的最新研究进展进行综述。 Depression is a type of mental illness that seriously endangers the physical and mental health of humans. The clinical manifestations are marked and lasting symptoms such as depressed mood, low mood, slow thinking and other symptoms. However, its pathogenesis and the therapeutic target is still unclear. Exosomes are lipid bilayer cystic vesicles carrying biological information molecules such as lipids, proteins, DNA, and miRNAs, which mediate information transmission between cells and regulate the expression of related signal pathways. At present, the study of exosomal miRNAs in depression is relatively extensive, providing new application prospects for early diagnosis and treatment of depression. In this paper, we mainly reviewed the latest research progress in exosomal miRNAs in depression.
