芒针联合低频电刺激阴部神经治疗膀胱过度活动症临床研究 被引量:3

Clinical Study on Awn Needle Combined with Low Frequency Electrical Stimulation of the Pudendal Nerve in the Treatment of Overactive Bladder

摘要 目的:观察芒针联合低频电刺激阴部神经治疗膀胱过度活动症(Overactive Bladder,OAB)的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予芒针联合低频电刺激阴部神经治疗,对照组予索利那新片治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组控制24h排尿次数、提高急迫尿意容量、降低oabss评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间无不良反应。结论:芒针联合低频电刺激阴部神经治疗OAB疗效较好。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of awn needle combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation of the pudendal nerve in the treatment of Overactive Bladder(OAB).Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group were treated with awn needle combined with lowfrequency electric stimulation of the pudendal nerve,while the control group were treated with Solinasine Tablets.Results:After treatment,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in controlling the times of urination within 24 hours,increasing the urgency volume,and reducing the oabss score(P>0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had no adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion:Awn needle combined with low-frequency electric stimulation of the pudendal nerve has a better effect on OAB.
