医护一体化教学在口腔护理规范化培训教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的分析医护一体化教学在口腔护理规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月—2020年8月在该院口腔科进行规范化培训的护理人员68名,随机分为对照组(34名,口腔科常规规范化培训教学)和观察组(34名,医护一体化教学模式下开展口腔科规范化培训教学)。比较两组护理规培生考核成绩、核心能力及其规范化培训教学满意度。结果在规范化培训结束后,观察组规培生理论成绩、操作成绩、配合程度、指导医生满意程度等考核成绩,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组规培生的逻辑判断/科研能力、护理技能、管理能力、社交能力、法规运用、专业发展、医学教育等核心能力评分,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组规培生对规范化培训教学的各项满意度,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用医护一体化教学模式开展口腔护理规范化培训教学,能够显著提高规培生的学习成绩和核心能力,并能够显著提高规培生对规范化培训教学的满意度,从而提高口腔护理规范化培训教学质量。 Objective To analyze the application effect of the integrated teaching of medical and nursing in the standardized training and teaching of oral nursing.Methods A total of 68 nurses who received standardized training in the Department of Stomatology in the hospital from May 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(34 cases,routine standardized training and teaching in the Department of Stomatology)and an observation group(34 cases,carried out standardized training and teaching of dentistry under the medical care integrated teaching mode).Comparing the two groups of nursing regulations trainees'assessment scores,core competencies and their satisfaction with standardized training and teaching.Results After the standardized training,the evaluation scores of the trainees in the observation group,such as theoretical performance,operation performance,degree of cooperation,and satisfaction with the instructor,were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the logic judgment/scientific research of the trainees in the observation group of core competence,nursing skills,management skills,social skills,application of laws and regulations,professional development,and medical education were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the degree of satisfaction of standardized training and teaching of the planned trainees in the observe group,significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the integrated medical and nursing teaching model to carry out standardized oral nursing training and teaching can significantly improve the academic performance and core competence of regular trainees,and can significantly increase the satisfaction of regular trainees with standardized training and teaching,thereby improving standardized oral nursing training and teaching quality.
