摘要
目的探讨支架式教学在内科低年资护士跌倒安全管理培训中的效果。方法选取2018年4月—2019年4月该院内科病区120名低年资护士为培训对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60名。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用支架式教学理论指导下的培训模式,比较两组培训后考核成绩;跌倒预防知识、态度、行为3个维度的评分及护士对培训模式的满意度。结果观察组理论和实践考核成绩均高于对照组;跌倒预防知识、态度、行为3个维度的得分均高于对照组;满意度各维度评分均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对内科病区低年资护士进行跌倒安全管理专项能力培训,提高了护士跌倒安全管理的知识和实践能力,提升跌倒预防工作态度的积极性,规范工作行为;并且这种培训模式得到护士的认可,提高培训满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of scaffolding teaching in the fall safety management training of low-age nurses in internal medicine.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,120 low-age nurses in the internal medicine ward of the hospital were selected as the training subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 60 each.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the training mode guided by the scaffolding teaching theory to compare the assessment results of the two groups after training;the three dimensions of fall prevention knowledge,attitude,and behavior are scored and the nurses'satisfaction with the training mode.Results The observation group's theoretical and practical assessment scores were higher than those of the control group;the scores of three dimensions of fall prevention knowledge,attitude,and behavior were higher than those of the control group;the scores of all dimensions of satisfaction were higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The special ability training of fall safety management for low-age nurses in internal medicine ward has improved the nurses’knowledge and practical ability of fall safety management,enhanced the enthusiasm of fall prevention work attitude,and standardized work behavior;and this training model was recognized by nurses,which improves training satisfaction.
