在骨科护理带教活动中应用情景模拟教学法的价值和效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的对情境模拟教学法在骨科护理带教活动中应用效果进行探究。方法该次研究时间为2019年2月—2020年6月,该次研究对象为在该院骨科进行实习60名护生,对60名实习护生进行分组,采用随机法将其分为研究组与对照组,各30名,对照组与研究组实习护生分别实施常规教学法、情景模拟教学法,对比研究组与对照组实习护生考核成绩、素质能力、综合能力、表现能力、知识掌握度、教学满意度。结果研究组与对照组实习护生比较,研究组实习护生理论知识考核成绩、临床技能操作考核成绩较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组实习护生素质能力比较,研究组实习护生沟通能力、协调能力、应变能力、分析能力、处理能力评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组实习护生综合能力比较,研究组实习护生基础护理、专科护理、护理制度、护理流程评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组知识掌握度比较,研究组实习护生知识掌握度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组实习护生教学满意度评分比较,研究组实习护生教学满意度评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组实习护生表现能力比较,研究组实习护生求知欲、寻求真相、自信心、认知程度评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情境模拟教学法在骨科护理带教活动中具有较高应用价值,对提高实习护生专科能力发挥积极作用。 Objective To explore the application effect of situational simulation teaching method in orthopedic nursing teaching activities.Methods The study time was from February 2019 to June 2020.The object of this study was 60 nursing students who were in the orthopedics department of the hospital.The 60 nursing students were divided into groups,and they were divided into study group and control group by random method,30 nursing students in each group.The control group and the study group practice the conventional teaching method and the situational simulation teaching method respectively.The study group and the control group were compared with the test results,quality ability,comprehensive ability,performance ability,knowledge mastery,teaching satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group of interns,the study group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge assessment and clinical skill operation assessment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group's quality and ability,the study group's communication ability,coordination ability,adaptability,analysis ability,and processing ability scored higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group's comprehensive ability,the study group had higher scores on basic nursing,specialist nursing,nursing system,and nursing process,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group's knowledge mastery,the study group had a higher knowledge mastery of interns,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the teaching satisfaction scores of interns in the control group,the teaching satisfaction scores of interns in the study group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group's performance ability,the study group had higher scores of curiosity,truth-seeking,self-confidence,and cognition,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational simulation teaching method has high application value in orthopedic nursing teaching activities,and it plays a positive role in improving the professional ability of nursing students in practice.
