摘要
目的分析在眼科临床带教中应用WORLD模式的效果。方法选取78名于该院眼科2019年11月—2020年11月间的实习生。纳入对象根据教学模式差异性分为研究组(n=39)、参比组(n=39)。为参比组实习生实施常规带教,研究组实习生在参比组基础上应用WORLD模式。对比观察两组考核成绩、综合能力、教学满意度、临床带教自我满意程度评分、教学模式认可度评分。结果研究组实习生理论知识、操作技能、科研能力考核评分均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生临床实践能力、评判性思维能力、问题解决能力、自主学习能力均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生临床带教自我责任心满意度、自我考核成绩满意度、自我专业水平满意度、在眼科自我表现满意度评分均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学培养总结能力、激发学习兴趣、提高学习效率、提高思维能力等认可度评分均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学满意度明显高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论WORLD模式应用于眼科临床带教中能够取得较为理想的带教效果,有效提高实习生考核成绩与综合能力,提高实习生教学满意度,值得参考推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying WORLD mode in ophthalmology clinical teaching.Methods 78 interns were selected from the Department of Ophthalmology of the hospital from November 2019 to November 2020.The included objects were divided into study group(n=39)and reference group(n=39)according to the differences in teaching mode.Implement regular teaching for the interns in the reference group,and the interns in the study group apply the WORLD model on the basis of the reference group.Compared and observed the assessment scores,comprehensive ability,teaching satisfaction,clinical teaching self-satisfaction score,and teaching model recognition score of the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge,operational skills,and scientific research ability assessment scores of the interns in the study group were all higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the interns in the study group were higher in clinical practice ability,critical thinking ability,problem-solving ability,and autonomous learning ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group interns'clinical teaching self-responsibility satisfaction,self-assessment score satisfaction,self-professional level satisfaction,and ophthalmology self-performance satisfaction scores were all higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recognition scores of the study group's teaching training summarization ability,stimulating learning interest,improving learning efficiency,and improving thinking ability were all higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group's teaching satisfaction was significantly higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WORLD mode in clinical teaching of ophthalmology can achieve a relatively ideal teaching effect,effectively improve the appraisal performance and comprehensive ability of interns,and improve the teaching satisfaction of interns.It is worthy of reference and promotion.
