摘要
目的研究心血管内科临床带教中问题驱动教学法(PBL)联合案例教学法(CBL)教学法的运用。方法在2019年7月—2020年7月,选取此阶段于该院心血管内科进行实习的学生70名。利用抛硬币的方式将70名实习学生分为两个独立的小组(n=35)。采用传统教学方法进行带教的心血管内科实习学生作为对比组,采用PBL联合CBL教学法进行带教的心血管内科实习学生作为研究组。分析两组心血管内科实习学生经过不同教学方式带教后的实习考核成绩、临床工作能力和带教满意度。结果在对心血管内科实习学生使用不同带教方式带教后,研究组心血管内科实习学生的实习考核成绩好于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心血管内科实习学生的临床工作能力优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组心血管内科实习学生的带教满意度高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对心血管内科实习学生进行带教时,不同的带教方式进行教学后产生的效果不同,采用PBL联合CBL教学法进行带教能够丰富实习学生的理论知识储备,锻炼实习学生的实践操作能力,促进师生和谐相处,建议在心血管内科临床带教中使用。
Objective To study the application of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in clinical teaching of cardiovascular medicine.Methods Between July 2019 and July 2020,and 70 students were selected for internship in the department of cardiovascular medicine of the hospital at this stage.The 70 intern students were divided into two independent groups(n=35)by tossing a coin.Cardiovascular intern students who were taught by traditional teaching methods were used as the comparison group,and cardiovascular intern students who were taught by PBL combined with CBL teaching methods were used as the study group.Analyzed the internship assessment results,clinical work ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of cardiovascular intern students who have undergone different teaching methods.Results After using different teaching methods for cardiovascular intern students,the internship assessment scores of cardiovascular intern in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the study group in cardiovascular internship the clinical work ability of students was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of teaching internship students in the study group of cardiovascular medicine was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When teaching cardiovascular internal medicine intern students,different teaching methods have different effects after teaching.Using PBL combined with CBL teaching method to teach can enrich the theoretical knowledge reserve of the intern students and exercise the practical operation ability of the intern students,to promote harmony between teachers and students,it is recommended to be used in the clinical teaching of cardiovascular medicine.
