摘要
目的:观察益肾补骨汤联合经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折(OVCFs)的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年8月~2020年8月某院中医骨伤科150例OVCFs患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(益肾补骨汤联合PVP治疗)和对照组(单纯PVP治疗)各75例,比较两组患者治疗前后骨密度及cobb角、生活质量变化情况,评估治疗效果。结果:两组患者骨密度及cobb角治疗后均优于治疗前,观察组治疗后各项指标优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;生活质量评分治疗前两组无差异,治疗后观察组改善幅度更大,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者总有效率比较,观察组高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾补骨汤联合PVP应用于OVCFs治疗,在改善患者骨密度及cobb角方面有着突出效果,有利于患者生活质量改善,疗效确切,可予以推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of Yishen Bugu decoction combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture(OVCFS)and the effect on the quality of life of patients.Methods:A total of 150 patients with OVCFS treated in a hospital from August 2016 to August 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(Yishen Bugu decoction combined with PVP treatment)and control group(PVP treatment alone),with 75 patients in each group.Bone mineral density,cobb angle and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:Bone mineral density and cobb angle in the 2 groups were better after treatment than before,and all indexes in observation group were better than control group after treatment(P<0.05),with statistical significance.There was no difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment,and the improvement was greater in the observation group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Bugu decoction combined with PVP in the treatment of OVCFS has prominent effect in improving bone mineral density and cobb angle of patients,which is conducive to the improvement of patients'quality of life,with definite efficacy,and is worthy of promotion.
