摘要
新商业时代,产业革命推动商业模式不断创新,随着商业环境的变化和技术的更迭,社会对人才能力的要求日益提高。目前高职商科教育面临传统培养体系难以满足技术变革和产业转型的人才需求、人才培养目标定位不清晰、校企合作只是产教相加而不是产教融合、培养的人才不适应新就业形态发展需要等困境。基于应用技术价值导向,系统构建新商科教育教学体系和产业、行业、企业、职业、专业“五业融合”的新商科人才培养模式,推动“工具思维”向“互联网思维”转变、“独立体思维”向“共同体思维”转变,着力培育新商科人才的“新商业”能力,实现产教深度融合、跨界协同创新,推动高职商科教育高质量发展。
In new business times,the industrial revolution has accelerated the continuous innovation of business models.With the change of business environment and technology,the requirements for talents are increasing.At present,there are difficulties in higher vocational business education,such as the traditional training system is difficult to meet the needs of technological change and industrial transformation,the target of talent training is not clear,the school-enterprise cooperation is only the addition of industry and education rather than the integration,and the talents trained are not suitable for the new employment forms.Based on the value orientation of applied technology,this paper puts forward to systematically construct the new business education and teaching system and the new business talent training mode of integrating industry,business,enterprise,occupation,speciality,to promote the transformation from“tool thinking”to“Internet thinking”,from“independent thinking”to“community thinking”,focusing on cultivating the“new business”ability,so as to achieve the deep integration of industry and education,cross-border collaborative innovation,and promote the high-quality development of business education in higher vocational colleges.
