摘要
针对传统式自整角机舵角反馈指示系统受周围环境影响精度低、可观测性不强、成本高等问题,设计研发一种基于数字信号处理的舵角反馈指示系统。以STC系列单片机为数据处理单元,重点从系统硬件和软件两部分对舵角反馈指示体统进行研究与设计。通过半实物模拟仿真平台模拟舰船航行实验,对比分析舵角反馈指示系统性能。实验结果表明,本文设计的舵角反馈指示系统最终能实现精度高、实时性强的舵角指示,有效降低了设计成本。
Aiming at the problems of low accuracy,low observability,and high cost of the rudder angle feedback indication system of traditional self-tuning machine due to the surrounding environment,a rudder angle feedback indication system based on digital signal processing was designed and developed.Taking STC series single-chip microcomputer as data processing unit,the research and design of rudder angle feedback indicator system are focused on the two parts of system hardware and software.Through the semi-physical simulation simulation platform to simulate the ship navigation experiment,the performance of the rudder angle feedback indicator system is compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the rudder angle feedback indication system designed in this paper can finally achieve a rudder angle indication with high accuracy and strong real-time performance,which effectively reduces the design cost.
