外源添加肉桂醛提高烟草幼苗抵御盐胁迫机理的研究 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】为了探究添加肉桂醛对Na_(2)SO_(4)胁迫下烟草幼苗生长的影响机制。【方法】以烤烟K326为材料,在烟草幼苗期用不同浓度的Na_(2)SO_(4)和肉桂醛进行处理,结合烟草幼苗根系发育状况、活性氧含量、抗氧化酶活性及相关基因表达量等指标进行分析。【结果】Na_(2)SO_(4)浓度越高,对烟草生长的抑制作用越明显,烟苗根系发育越缓慢,H_(2)O_(2)积累越多;75 mmol/L Na_(2)SO_(4)胁迫下,0~25μmol/L肉桂醛可以促进烟草幼苗根系生长,降低H_(2)O_(2)和MDA含量,诱导降低SOD和POD的酶活,提高CAT酶活,从而提高幼苗的抗氧化能力,增强烟苗的抗盐能力。【结论】在烟草幼苗阶段,20μmol/L的肉桂醛可以有效提高烟草幼苗对75 mmol/L Na_(2)SO_(4)的抵抗能力,主要通过促进根系发育,调节活性氧含量,诱导抗氧化物质活性变化,缓解盐胁迫的抑制作用。 [Objective]This study aims to investigate the effect of cinnamaldehyde additive on the growth of tobacco seedlings under Na_(2)SO_(4) stress.[Methods]Flue-cured tobacco K326 was treated with different concentrations of Na_(2)SO_(4) and cinnamaldehyde at the seedling stage.The physiological indexes such as root length,ROS content and antioxidant enzyme content of tobacco seedlings were analyzed.[Results]The higher the concentration of Na_(2)SO_(4),the more obvious the inhibition effect of cinnamaldehyde additive on tobacco growth,the slower tobacco root development,and the higher H_(2)O_(2) content.Exogenous cinnamaldehyde can promote the growth of tobacco seedling roots,reduce the content of H_(2)O_(2) and MDA,improve the antioxidant capacity of tobacco seedlings,and enhance the salt resistance of tobacco seedlings.[Conclusion]At the stage of tobacco seedling,20μmol/L cinnamaldehyde could enhance the resistance of tobacco seedlings against 75 mmol/L Na_(2)SO_(4).The inhibition effect of salt stress was alleviated mainly by promoting root development,regulating the content of reactive oxygen species,inducing the change of antioxidant activity.
