摘要
文章利用尼龙胶线拼接杉木条制备杉木三层复合地板基材,并通过研究不同的胶线拼接方式对杉木三层复合地板的表面胶合强度、胶合强度和横向静曲强度的影响来优化制备工艺。结果表明,胶线数量为3条,胶线间距为12cm,对称放置的拼接方式制备板材的力学性能最优;所制备的杉木三层复合地板基材的胶合强度和静曲强度,达到《实木复合地板用胶合板》(LY/T 1738—2008)的相关要求。
In order to obtain the best gluing line connection type,the surface bonding strength,internal bonding strength and transverse static bending strength of Chinese fir composite floor substrate were tested.The results show that placing three nylon wires symmetrically at 12cm away from the edge was the best gluing tread connection type.The internal bonding strength and static bending strength of the prepared three-layer composite floor substrate of Chinese fir can reach the level of plywood for solid wood composite flooring in LY/T1738-2008 standard.
