摘要
准确测量陶瓷材料的断裂韧性是对陶瓷材料进行增韧的前提,是与陶瓷材料设计、制备紧密相关的一个研究重点。为了准确掌握测量陶瓷材料的断裂韧性数值(KIC值)的方法,文章首先对IM、SEPB法、SENB法和SEVNB法陶瓷材料断裂韧性进行介绍、比较;然后重点介绍了目前国内外SEVNB法的研究进展,结果表明SEVNB法是一种可靠、准确的测试陶瓷材料的方法;最后对SEVNB法测试陶瓷材料断裂韧性进行了总结与展望。
Accurate measurement of fracture toughness of ceramics is a prerequisite for toughening ceramics,and is a research focus closely related to the design and preparation of ceramic materials.In order to accurately grasp the method of measuring the KIC value of ceramic materials,this paper first introduces and compares the fracture toughness of ceramic materials of IM,SEPB,SENB and SEVNB.Then the research progress of SEVNB method at home and abroad is introduced.The results show that SEVNB method is a reliable and accurate method for testing ceramic materials.Finally,the fracture toughness of ceramic materials tested by SEVNB method is summarized and prospect.
