摘要
随着生产需要,粉磨设备得到不断发展,搅拌磨机作为细磨和超细粉磨的重要设备,较传统粉磨设备—球磨机而言,具有磨矿效率高、耗能低的特点,被广泛应用于矿业、冶金、新材料等多个领域。介绍了搅拌磨发展历史,搅拌磨类型、工作原理及影响磨矿效果的关键参数,综述了搅拌磨粉磨性能与仿真模拟研究现状及其在选矿中的应用。
With the needs of production,grinding equipment has been continuously developed.As an important equipment of fine grinding and ultra-fine grinding,compared with the traditional grinding equipment ball mill,stirring mill has the characteristics of high grinding efficiency and low energy consumption,and is widely used in mining,metallurgy,new materials and other fields.Development history,type,working principle and key parameters of grinding effect of stirred mill are introduced.Research status of grinding performance and simulation of stirred mill and its application in mineral processing are summarized.
