摘要
通过对四川某金矿石样品进行的工艺矿物学研究,查明该金矿石的金品位为2.47g/t,属石英脉型含硫化物低品位金矿,围岩以碳酸岩等为主。矿石中没有独立金矿物,没有吸附金,金主要以次显微金-晶格金的形式赋存于毒砂和黄铁矿中,且毒砂中金的含量略高于黄铁矿中。由于矿石中含有一定量的碳质及黏土矿物,他们在选冶过程中具有一定的吸附性,会吸附已溶于溶液中的金离子,造成金的损失。该研究成果为制定合理的选冶工艺提供了依据。
Through the study of processing mineralogy for Gold ore from Western Sichuan area shows that the gold grade of the ore is 2.47 g/t,the major ore type is the low gold grade deposit of quartz vein type containing sulphide,surrounding rocks are dominated by carbonatite.There are no independent gold minerals and adsorbed gold in the ore,the gold is mainly contained in arsenopyrite and pyrite in the form of submicroscopic gold and lattice gold,and the content of gold in arsenopyrite is slightly higher than that of pyrite.Because the ore contains trace carbon and clay minerals,they has certain adsorbability in the process of beneficiation and metallurgy,it will adsorb the gold ions dissolved in the solution,causing loss of gold.The findings of the study provide a basis for developing a reasonable metallurgical process.
