摘要
水泥和砂的质量、引气剂的种类均会对水泥砂浆性能产生影响,其中水泥中高吸附性材料对制备的砂浆工作性能影响较大,需严格加以控制。不同引气剂的起泡、稳泡能力和气泡尺寸不同,对砂浆的稠度、分层度和强度会造成不同影响,采用摇泡试验可快速甑选出合适的引气剂。另外,砂的细度模数,甚至洁净程度(泥灰含量)和堆积密度也会对砂浆性能产生较大影响,在控制水泥的砂浆性能时,应验证并确保重新配制试验用砂的稳定性。
The quality of cement, sand and the type of air entraining agent will affect the performance of cement mortar. Among them,the high adsorption materials in cement have great influence on the working performance of the prepared mortar, which needs to be strictly controlled. Different air entraining agents have different foaming, stabilizing ability and bubble size, which will have different effects on the consistency, stratification and strength of mortar. The appropriate air entraining agent can be quickly selected by shaking bubble test. In addition, the fineness modulus of sand, even the cleanliness(mortar content) and bulk density will also have a great impact on the performance of mortar. When the performance of cement mortar is controlled, the stability of recombined test sand should be verified and ensured.
