摘要
高效选择优质PC构件供应商是传统建筑模式向装配式建筑供应链模式转型中的重要一环。基于装配式建筑的特点、PC构件的特性,建立装配式建筑PC构件供应商选择评价指标体系并通过AHP确定各指标权重;通过前景理论将决策者的有限理性和心理因素考虑在内对TOPSIS评价法改进,构建供应商选择评价模型;通过算例分析验证模型的可行性,希望为装配式建筑PC构件供应商的选择提供科学的决策方法。
Efficiently select high-quality PC component suppliers has become an urgent problem for the general contractor.Based on the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and PC components,a prefabricated building PC component supplier selection evaluation index system was established and the weight of each index was determined through AHP;through Prospect Theory,the bounded rationality and psychological factors of decision makers were considered to improve the TOPSIS evaluation method,and a supplier selection evaluation model was constructed;the feasibility of the model was verified through the analysis of examples.Hopes to provide a scientific decision-making method for the selection of prefabricated building PC component suppliers.
