摘要
采用逻辑分析、归纳演绎等方法,从知识认知视角,基于已有的实证研究探讨与分析体质健康知识在现行体力活动促进主流理论中的角色与作用。基于成熟的青少年体力活动促进理论模型,认为体质健康知识是“我能做?”“值得做?”两项直接影响体力活动行为因素的基础和必要条件,它既可以直接促进体力活动行为,也可以通过“自我效能”“行为感知控制”“感知胜任”和“价值期望”等中介因子的作用间接促进体力活动行为的产生和坚持。体质健康知识与体力活动水平的直接或间接关联性,建议在我国青少年体力活动最大的干预——体育教育实践中融入并重视体质健康知识的内容,提高青少年对体质健康知识的认知,增加“能力感”和“价值期待”,可以有效促进青少年体力活动和体质健康水平。
This paper discussed the role and effect of health-related fitness knowledge on physical activity promotion in the main theoretical model from cognition of knowledge by logic analysis,induction and deduction.On the base of the youth physical activity promotion model,the author came up with the idea that fitness knowledge was the basis and essential condition of“Am I able”and“Is it worth”which affected physical activity behaviors directly,and promoted the attendance and insistence through mediating factor such as efficiency,perceived behaviors control,perceived competence and expectancy value.The direct and indirect relationship between health-related fitness knowledge and physical activity.This paper suggested that we should add fitness knowledge to P.E.and improve the cognition of health-related fitness knowledge,as well as ability and value expectance,which had theoretical and practical meaning on promoting the attendance and insistence of physical activity.
