摘要
现有研究对于劳动过程的讨论基本集中在工业、服务业领域,较少涉及农业劳动控制的分析。有机农业的种植方式、生活方式与社会改良目标,经常被看作是一种社会理想。事实上,有机农场通过认同、提成、补偿三种机制的运作,在高度不稳定的自然条件下稳定组织并获取人们的劳动投入。在有机农业劳动过程中,当价值认同转化为“隐形强制”的劳动控制时,社会理想转变为一种现实运作:制造劳动过程的甘愿和同意,高效率、低成本达成劳动控制。但是,社会理想与现实运作的结构性对立,使得有机农业劳动控制过程出现破局。只有协调、平衡农场与员工的利益,使具有乌托邦意义的理想与有机农业劳动过程中的现实运作相互对应、统合,从而真正提升农场劳动效率,才能在劳动控制层面为有机农业在中国的发展打下坚实的基础。
The existing study on the discussion of labor process basically focuses on industry and service area,and rarely involves the analysis of agricultural labor control.Organic farming is often seen as a social ideal,with its cultivation methods,lifestyle and goals for social improvement.In fact,organic farms stabilize the organization and get people’s labor input under highly unstable natural conditions through the operation of three mechanisms:identification,commission and compensation.In the process of organic agricultural labor,when value identification is transformed into“invisible coercive”labor control,the social ideal is transformed into a realistic operation:willingness and consent in the process of manufacturing labor,and labor control is achieved with high efficiency and low cost.However,the structural opposition between social ideal and realistic operation makes the labor control process of organic agriculture appear broken.Only by coordinating and balancing the interests of the farm and the employees,and making the utopian ideal correspond and integrate with the actual operation of organic agriculture in the labor process,so as to truly improve the labor efficiency of the farm,can we lay a solid foundation for the development of organic agriculture in China at the level of labor control.
