摘要
目的根据产品的包装要求,外层需要缠绕薄膜,以起到防尘、防潮、保洁、方便运输等作用,设计一套全自动在线式缠绕包装机控制系统,以提高包装效率、产品美观度,降低工人的劳动强度及企业成本。方法根据目前常规产品缠绕包装过程的要求及现状,搭建基于PLC、触摸屏的全自动在线式缠绕包装机控制系统。该控制系统以西门子1500系列PLC,搭载数字量/模拟量输入输出模块,并结合多传感器融合技术为核心,通过包装机上的维纶MT6070iH触摸屏对整个包装机的运行状态进行就地监测与控制。结果该控制系统实现了当接收到可以包装信号时,自动将产品运输到缠绕包装机转盘上,并根据已设定的要求包装,待包装完毕后自动将产品转入下一个周转区。可以实现全自动模式下最大包装速度达到40托/h。结论实践证明,全自动在线式缠绕包装机采用以PLC为核心的控制系统,具有调试灵活、运行稳定、产品包装效果美观等优点,降低了工人劳动强度,节约了包装材料,同时也提高了产品包装效率和企业效益。
According to the packaging requirements of the product,the surface needs to be wrapped with film to ensure dust-proof,moisture-proof,cleaning and convenient transportation.The full-automatic on-line winding packaging machine control system is designed,which can be grafted in the current production line and replace the traditional manual operation mode,so as to improve the packaging efficiency,product beauty,reduce the labor intensity of workers and en-terprise cost.According to the requirements and current situation of the current conventional product winding and pack-aging process,a full-automatic online winding and packaging machine control system based on PLC and touch screen is built.The control system is based on Siemens 1500 series PLC,equipped with digital/analog input and output mod-ules,and combined with multi-sensor fusion technology.Through the Weinview MT6070ih touch screen on the packaging machine,the operation status of the whole packaging machine can be monitored and controlled.The control system not only can automatically transport the product to the turntable of the winding packaging machine and pack it according to the set requirements when receiving the packaging signal,but also can transfer the product to the next turnover area after the packaging is completed automatically.It can realize the maximum packaging speed of 40 bags/h under full-automatic mode.The practice shows that the full-automatic on-line winding packaging machine adopts the control system with PLC as the core,which is flexible in debugging,stable in operation,beautiful in product packaging effect,reduces the labor intensity of workers and the consumables of packaging materials,and improves the efficiency of product packaging and enterprise benefits.
