摘要
介绍了高合金钢RH顶升清零的精准控制操作。以钢水提升高度及浸渍管插入深度为基础,预判RH清零高度和顶升高度,并根据钢水的提升量以及钢包内钢水的均匀时间,计算浸渍管插入深度,确定插入深度的关键点为抽真空前的清零位置,通过计算精准控制不同管况以及大合金量情况下的清零点。二次清零可以防止冶炼过程钢渣外溢,避免熔融金属伤害,保证冶炼过程稳定。
The precise control operation of RH jacking zero clearing of high alloy steel is introduced. Based on the lifting height of molten steel and the insertion depth of immersion tube,the RH zero clearing height and jacking height are predicted,and the insertion depth of immersion tube is calculated according to the lifting amount of molten steel and the uniform time of molten steel in the ladle. The key point of insertion depth is determined as the zero clearing position before vacuum pumping,and the zero clearing point under different tube conditions and large alloy content is accurately controlled through calculation. The secondary clearing can prevent the overflow of steel slag in the smelting process,avoid the damage of molten metal and ensure the stability of the smelting process.
