摘要
为了更加深入地了解直板清管器的力学性能,建立了直板清管器在直管道中运行的有限元模型,计算了清管器工作过程中皮碗的应力、应变及变形量,分析了运行参数如摩擦系数和推球压差,结构参数如过盈量、密封板厚度、间隔板厚度、支撑板厚度、皮碗内半径对直板清管器受力变形的影响规律。结果表明:摩擦系数为0.06~0.1,推球压差控制在0.8MPa以内,过盈量控制在4%以内,密封板厚度在31mm~37mm选取,间隔板厚度宜在40mm~42mm选取,支撑板厚度为38mm~40mm,皮碗内半径保持在235mm左右时皮碗的受力和变形量较小,对清管器的运行更加有利。将优化后的清管器进行模拟分析并在现场应用,均未出现清管器卡堵、皮碗破损等异常情况,清管器运行稳定,皮碗磨损量小。
As a kind of important tool in pig the pipeline,improving the service life of straight plate pig is very important to guarantee its safety and efficiency when transporting oil and gas and reduce costs.In order to understand the mechanical properties on the straight pipe pig more deeply,the finite-element model of the straight pipe pig in the straight pipe is established,and the stress,strain and deformation of the disc during the working process of the pig are calculated.The influencing factors are analyzed,including the working conditions and the structural parameters,the working conditions include the friction coefficient and the pressure difference when pushing the pig,and the structural parameters include the amount of interference,the thickness of the sealing disc,the thickness of the spacing disc,the thickness of the supporting disc,the inner diameter of the disc.Results show that when the friction coefficient is between 0.06 and 0.1,the pressure difference when pushing the pig is controlled within 0.8 MPa,the amount of interference is controlled within 4%,the thickness of the sealing disc is selected from 31 mm~37 mm,the thickness of the spacing disc should be selected from 40 mm~42 mm,the thickness of the supporting disc is between 38 mm and 40 mm,and the inner diameter of the disc is kept at 235 mm.The force and deformation of the disc are small,which is more beneficial to the operation of the pig.The optimized pig is used in the field and the application effect is fine.
