摘要 《中国航天院士传记丛书》记载航天历史、传承和弘扬航天的精神和文化,是一项庞大的系统工程。麦肯锡7S模型包括包括战略、结构、制度、人员、技能、风格和共同价值观这7大核心要素,将其应用于《丛书》这一大型项目的策划、出版流程,这种创新管理模式促进了战略统筹、全员参与、凝结共同价值观的有机结合,优化了组织结构,提高了出版效率,扩大了航天影响力。理论与实践相结合,可操作性强。 Biography of Chinese Aerospace Academicians records the history of astronautics,and inherits and promotes the spirit and culture of astronautics,which is a huge systematic project.McKinsey's 7S model includes seven core elements:strategy,structure,systems,staff,skills,style and shared values.It is applied to the planning and publishing process of the Biographies.This innovative management mode promotes the organic combination of strategic planning,full participation and common values,optimizes the organizational structure and improves the publishing efficiency,and has expanded the inf luence of space.The combination of theory and practice has strong operability.
