摘要
依宪弄清我国生产资料所有制结构的现状,可通过全国经济普查数据公布的从业人员在不同所有制企业的分布结构来反映。根据第四次全国经济普查和国家统计局公布的数据,将全国第二、三产业所有行业的从业人员,减去在上层建筑领域的行业从业人员,对属于经济基础行业的从业人员在不同生产资料所有制中的分布进行系统的分析,可厘清2018年末我国第二、三产业生产资料所有制的基本结构和包括第一产业在内的全社会生产资料所有制结构。
Understanding the current situation of the ownership structure of the means of production in China according to the constitution can be reflected by the distribution structure of employees in enterprises with different ownership published by the national economic census data.According to the fourth national economic census and the National Bureau of Statistics,by subtracting the employees in the superstructure industry from the employees in all industries in the secondary and tertiary industries,a systematic analysis of the distribution of employees in basic economic industries in different means of production ownership can clarify the secondary,tertiary and primary industries in China at the end of 2018.The basic structure of the ownership of the means of production in the tertiary industry and the ownership structure of the means of production in the whole society,including the primary industry.
