摘要 为提高远红外聚酯/木棉/棉纤维多组分复合功能织物性能,分别制织出平纹、斜纹、缎纹、蜂巢等不同组织结构的织物,并对织物的厚度、强力、保暖性、抑菌性等性能进行测试,剖析各性能指标变化趋势,最后采用灰色近优法对实验结果进行处理分析,优选出综合性能最佳的组织结构.结果表明:4种组织结构织物均具有优良的服用性与保暖抑菌的功能性;基于缎纹组织结构的织物综合性能最佳. In order to improve the properties of the far infrared polyester/kapok/cotton fiber multi-component functional fabric,plain,twill,satin,honeycomb and other fabrics with different weave structures were woven respectively.The thickness,strength,heat retention and bacteriostasis,etc.of the fabric were tested,and the variation trend of each performance indicator was analyzed.Finally,a grey near-optimal method was used to process and analyze the experimental results,and select an organizational structure with the best comprehensive performance.The results show that all of the four textured fabrics have excellent wearability,heat preservation and bacteriostasis,and the fabric based on satin weave has the best comprehensive properties.
