摘要
针对立体车库载车器过放缓冲定位不精准问题,设计了一种新型立体车库载车器液压缓冲系统。利用节流阀过流面积可变函数使载车器缓冲位移可控,实现了载车器过放缓冲定位精准,给出了立体车库载车器过放缓冲机理,搭建了立体车库载车器缓冲过程数学模型,基于AMESim建立了载车器液压缓冲系统仿真模型,研究了载车器液压系统缓冲特性,分析了载车器过放速度、质量、节流阀过流面积可变函数及其零点值与载车器缓冲位移的关系,最后进行了缓冲系统试验验证。研究结果表明:过放缓冲过程,载车器速度先迅速降低,后缓冲减速;载车器过放速度和质量变化,载车器缓冲位移不变;载车器缓冲位移即为过流面积函数零点值;试验数据与仿真数据吻合度极高,对仿真结论具有支撑作用。
Aiming at the buffer inaccurate positioning of the vehicle carrier in stereo garage,a new vehicle carrier hydraulic buffer system of the stereo garage is designed.The vehicle carrier buffer displacement can be controlled by using the variable function of the throttle area.The accurate buffer positioning of is carried.The over discharge buffer mechanism of the vehicle carrier in stereo garage is given.The buffer process mathematical model of the vehicle carrier is built.Based on AMESim,the simulation model of the vehicle carrier hydraulic buffer system is established.The buffer characteristics of the vehicle carrier hydraulic system are studied.The influence of the speed,the mass,the variable function of throttle valve area and its zero value on the vehicle carrier buffer displacement are analyzed.Finally,the buffer system is verified by the experiment.The results show that:in the process of over discharging and buffering,the speed of vehicle carrier first decreases rapidly and then decelerates slowly.The vehicle carrier buffer displacement remains unchanged with the change of the over discharge speed and mass of the vehicle carrier.The vehicle carrier buffer displacement is the zero value of the over-current area function;The experimental and simulation datas are highly consistent,which can support the simulation conclusion of the system.
