摘要
对于区域的可持续发展,奥林匹克赛事同时带来机遇和挑战.通过比较2006-2018年历届冬奥会的策略及实施效果,分析冬奥会的可持续性特点.在京津冀协同发展的背景下,北京冬奥会的规划设计实践具备3个基本特点:三赛区布局、对可持续议程的实践以及对中国发展理念的实践.在此基础上,提出全尺度空间干预的框架,构建设计策略与可持续发展目标及中国发展理念的相关性,作为冬奥会规划设计组织和预估的工具.
Opportunities and risks coexist in the Olympic Games for the sustainable development of the region.This paper analyzes the sustainability of the Olympic Winter Games(OWG)by comparing the strategies and implementation effects from Turin 2006 to PyeongChang 2018.In the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional development,three basic characteristics of Beijing 2022 are three-zones planning,the implementation of Olympic Agenda 2020,and the Chinese development concept.On this basis,this paper proposes a Chinese framework for cross-scale design intervention.By evaluating the relevance of design strategies to the sustainable development goals(SDGs)and Chinese development concept,this framework serves as a tool for the organization and estimation of OWG plans and designs.
